proofit now officially feels at home on iPad: more room for planning, importing, editing and guided baking, without your recipe spilling over like an ambitious dough. Big new extra: you can now create your own flour types and use them right away in inventory, recipes and sourdough feeds. Also new: recipe import and Recipe AI are clearer and more reliable, shared recipes open and save more smoothly, timers behave more politely, URL imports keep their photos, and the bake planner can account for the room temperature of this bake. In short: less fiddling, more bread.

Absolut fantastische Brot-App! Man merkt, dass diese mit Herzblut von Jemandem programmiert wurde, der genau weiß, worauf es beim Brotbacken ankommt. Mir gefällt besonders gut, dass ich an das Füttern meines Starters erinnert werde, dass ich Fütterungen tracken und mein eigenes Rezept hinterlegen kann! Die integrierten Timer während des Backens helfen sehr, die Zeiten einzuhalten! Toll finde ich auch die Möglichkeit, den Mehlbestand einzurichten und die Benutzung verschiedener Rechner für Hydration, Hefe, Volumen, etc!
Ich kann die App wirklich jedem empfehlen!

Excellent Bread Baking App With a Responsive Developer

Excellent app and extremely useful for bread baking. The developer is responsive and genuinely listens to feedback. I mentioned that the flour options were too broad for users in France, and French flour classifications like T45, T55, T65, T80, etc. were implemented almost immediately for the next update. That level of support is rare. Highly recommended.

Ich durfte schon am Beta Test der App teilnehmen und bin positiv begeistert. Detaillierte Hilfe vom Ansetzen des Sauerteigstarters bis zum fertigen Brot.
Erinnerung für den Fütterungsintervall, Timer für alle Schritte beim Backen, mittlerweile sogar „Timer im Timer“ bei parallel laufenden Backschritten.
