## What is ProofKeeper?

ProofKeeper helps you organise receipts, warranties, purchase details, product documents and important dates in one simple, private app.

Keep the proof you may need for returns, warranty claims, insurance or future reference—without creating an account or sending your information to a cloud service.

Keep every purchase organised

Save useful information for each item, including:

• Item and store name
• Purchase date and price
• Warranty expiry date
• Return window
• Category and notes
• Receipt photos
• Product photos
• Warranty documents
• PDF manuals and other files

Never miss an important date

ProofKeeper helps you stay ahead of:

• Warranty expiry dates
• Return deadlines
• Upcoming reminders
• Recently updated items

Choose when warranty reminders should appear and set a default return period for newly added purchases.

Find items quickly

Search your saved items and filter them by:

• Expiring soon
• Return window
• Expired warranty
• Custom category

Your home dashboard highlights purchases that may need your attention and gives you a clear overview of protected, active and expiring items.

Private by design

ProofKeeper is local-first:

• No account required
• No cloud account required
• Your receipts and documents remain on your device
• App lock can use your device passcode or biometrics
• Your data is not used for advertising

Local backup and restore

Export a complete ProofKeeper backup containing your items, photos, PDFs, reminders, categories and settings.

Store the backup wherever you choose and import it later when moving devices or restoring your information.

Because your information is stored locally, regularly exporting a backup is recommended. Removing the app may also remove locally stored data.

Simple one-time upgrade

Create up to 10 items for free. Unlock unlimited items with a one-time purchase—no subscription and no advertisements.

ProofKeeper gives you a calm, private place to keep purchase records ready for whenever you need them.

## Pricing and in-app purchases
