ProofLedger turns the evidence from a completed service visit into a clear, professional record.

Create a job for a customer and site, capture before-and-after photos, check off the work completed, and record materials, exceptions and recommendations. Preview a versioned completion report and share the PDF from your iPhone while the details are still fresh.

The free plan supports up to three watermarked completion reports per calendar month on the device. ProofLedger Pro unlocks unlimited professional reports and removes the watermark. Choose $13.99 monthly, or $84.99 annually with a 7-day free trial for eligible new annual subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The annual plan renews at $84.99 per year after the 7-day free trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period. The monthly plan renews at $13.99 per month unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Trials are available only to eligible subscribers and may be used once per subscription group. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices may vary by region.
