## What is Proofread Bot?

Proofread Bot is a grammar checker and spell checker for text you already wrote. It finds grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes, explains each one, and lets you accept a fix. It does not rewrite your voice or draft the email for you.

Open the editor, paste or type, and run a check. Or share text into Proofread Bot from Mail, Notes, and other apps, then copy the corrected text back.

How to use it
1. Sign in with Apple or Google.
2. Paste or type in the editor, or share text from another app.
3. Tap Analyze to underline grammar and spelling issues.
4. Accept a suggestion or ignore it. Read the explanation if you want to learn the rule.

Proofread Bot is for people who want their own words to be correct — students, support teams, and anyone writing email — not an AI writer that replaces you.

Notes
• Google Docs on the web uses the separate Proofread Bot Docs add-on.
• Chrome on the desktop uses the Proofread Bot extension for in-place underlines.
• Premium is $5/month. Manage the subscription in Settings or App Store subscriptions.
