I know what I want to say, but I don't always know the best way to say it. This program takes your text, goes through it sentence by sentence, and gives you several examples to choose from. You can take the recommendations and apply the one that best suits your needs, or you can choose the example closest to what you are trying to write, choose the pencil, and edit it immediately while it is still fresh in your mind. This program has taken my writing to a totally new level. However, after activating the trial, I promptly canceled to avoid any charges. To my dismay, I was charged the full annual fee of 288 HKD before the trial ended. This feels like a deceptive practice that misleads consumers, and I feel cheated.This situation is unacceptable. Btw, my request for a refund, my appeal was unjustly rejected. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. The app's advertising clearly stated that I could cancel anytime during the trial without incurring charges. I followed the instructions and canceled immediately, yet I was still charged.
