## What is ProofsSnap?

ProofsSnap creates tamper-proof, blockchain-verified records of your photos. Take a photo, and ProofsSnap instantly generates a cryptographic proof that it existed at that exact moment in time — anchored permanently on the Polygon blockchain.

HOW IT WORKS

1. SNAP — Take a photo of anything: an accident, a document, property condition, or any moment you need to prove happened.

2. AI ANALYZES — On-device AI detects objects, recognizes text, and scores photo authenticity. Everything runs locally — your photos never leave your phone.

3. BLOCKCHAIN PROVES — A SHA-256 hash of your photo is batched into a Merkle Tree and anchored on the Polygon blockchain. This creates an immutable, independently verifiable proof of existence.
