## What is ProofTime?

Stop guessing when your bulk fermentation is done. ProofTime calculates your estimated bulk time based on room temperature, levain percentage, and starter activity — then starts a countdown so you can go do other things.

BULK FERMENTATION TIMER
Enter your room temperature (°F or °C), how much levain you're using, and how active your starter is. ProofTime gives you an estimated time window and starts a timer. Built-in reminder: "watch the dough, not just the clock."

DOUGH CALCULATOR
Enter your flour weight and ProofTime calculates exactly how much water, levain, and salt you need — in grams. Adjust hydration (50–100%), levain % (5–50%), and salt % in real time.

FEEDING CALCULATOR
Choose your feed ratio (1:1:1, 1:2:2, 1:3:3, 1:5:5, and more), enter your desired final weight, and get exact amounts for starter, flour, and water.

MY STARTERS
Save multiple starter profiles with name, hydration %, and typical activity level. No more mental math about which starter is which.
