## What is Propagate Running Injury Coach?

Propagate is your AI running injury coach. Talk or type about what is bothering you, build a strength and running plan, and keep adjusting it as you go.

Fit your plan around your goal and your week: choose your run days, make time for strength, and set reminders. See your schedule in Plan. Use Daily to log exercise sets, review runs, and leave notes about how you felt. Return to your coach when you have questions or need to adjust.

After onboarding and sign-in, a Propagate membership is required. Eligible users receive a 7-day free trial, then $5.00 per month in the United States. Pricing in other countries is shown in the app. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Propagate uses AI and can make mistakes. It provides educational information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a clinician about your injury.

### 2.13 — 2026-09-30

Reopening Propagate now waits for your membership check before deciding whether to show the paywall, so active members can return to their plan without a paywall appearing during startup.

Propagate is now available throughout the European Union, alongside the United States, Canada, and Switzerland.

### 2.11 — 2026-09-28

Meet your running injury coach with a new welcome experience. Talk or type through your setup, build your exercise and running plan, and keep your coach with you through a Propagate membership. Eligible users can start with a 7-day free trial.

### 2.0 — 2026-09-11

Propagate 2.0. A new onboarding: tell the coach what hurts, pick your race, and it builds both your exercise plan and a week-by-week run plan up to race day.

Import your runs from Apple Health or Strava during setup.

Plan tab: run calendar with distance or pace, and matching exercise cards.

Daily tab: today's run and a daily note the coach can read.

The exercise timer keeps running in the background. Fixes for chat freezes and the Ask Coach composer.
