The ProPanel is specifically designed for use with the Pro Control family of smart home and media room control. It enables full control of your Pro Control system with your iPhone® or iPad®.  

ProPanel is completely customizable by your Pro Control dealer to deliver intuitive, personalized mobile control of your entertainment, lighting, climate, security and more from anywhere in the home or away. ProPanel securely connects to your Pro Control system via your local area network or through an Internet connection to make sure you are always in control. 

Professionally installed, Pro Control systems combine sophisticated smart home operation with exceptional value. For home theaters, media rooms and simple home control, the Pro Control R Series (remote control and smart processor) can "clean up all the remotes on the coffee table" to deliver a more intuitive and satisfying control experience. Stepping up to more advanced home control, the Pro Control Z Series (remote control and smart processor) unlocks the full power of the smart home. Less than enthused about the app. When it works it’s great but stops working at times on all out phones. The separate handheld remote works fine but not the phone app.

If you’re not familiar with writing codes or developing apps and setting up apps then it won’t be easy. We have been using ProPanel for YEARS. No problems other than when changes are made and we have to wait for our techy in the family to fix the issues.

My app just stopped working and now I get an error that says the developer needs to update the software to make it compatible with iOS.   Prior to this, the app was great.  Please fix this!

This was a great app, letting me completely control my A/V system through my ipad. Now it's completely useless. How about an update guys? It's been nearly two years since the last one!

UPDATE: Works again on my iPad, but now can't get it to initialize on my iPhone 6+. No support, they always default to "call your installer." How about a user support forum?

UPDATE 2: How about an update? Would love to see Amazon Echo/Alexa support! Or any change at all for that matter! What do you guys do all day?
