## What is PropAssist?

PropAssist Building Management System (BMS) is a complete tool to manage Building Management system for Villa or gated community. BMS will be used by Property Managers, Residents Association Council members & Residents. The main features of BMS is Create task and monitor task of the particular residential. Residents can make complaint, house defects and common area defect via task and the building managers monitor the complain and rectify the request. BMS makes Resident & Building managers ease to communicate and share ideas and issues. BMS has many more features which convenient to residents and property manager to manage the property easily.
