You cannot fly this with even the slightest wind, it will get lost/blown away or stuck in a tree. It’s hard to tell which is front/back/left/right. It’s fun for a little though. ### 2/5 — It went crazy *2023-07-24* I had the drone for one week and it was fun but then I went to go outside to play with the drone and my brother was controlling it and it went up and I pressed down but it still went up and I disconnected the controller and took out the battery and it kept flying and then it was gone ### 4/5 — App works with X11- iPhone 11.👍 *2022-01-08, version 3.5* For those disappointed with Propel (AGAIN), as I was when I purchased online their X11 - only to get it, scan the QR Code and THEN find out “THIS APP NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY/REGION”, which I guess is understandable, since I live in the small country not known to many others - - THE U.S.A.(!) - - the good news is, that YES, THIS APP WORKS WITH YOUR DRONE! Maybe reconsider just making that QR Code direct suckers.. sorry, CUSTOMERS... to THIS app..? Seeing as how the other “WiFi HD” app that’s SUPPOSED TO work DOESN’T.. Just an idea.. It’d get 5 stars, but it was a pain in the @sterisk having to install ones like DroneLink, (your OTHER BLUNDER) Propel’s 1000 series, as well as 1/2 dozen OTHERS that ended up NOT connecting nor working with your “X11 MAXIMUM” that streams live HD video straight to your mobile device🙄... NOT IF YOUR APP IS JUST HYPE THAT DOESN’T EXIST!! *People at Propel - you have a good drone; now find someone to write/create you an app to match it. The alternative is... well, like American car companies, before you know it, some OTHER company WILL - and for less money with better quality.. ### 4/5 — did anyone that has complained actually read the Manuel first ?lol *2021-12-09* Drone and remote works just fine provided u actually take the time to read the Manuel and figure out what your doing . If u haven’t read the Manuel first and something went wrong and now your on here complaining u should maybe think about removing your bed from your 4$$. I haven’t tried the app yet . Bat life kinda sucked so I swapped it for a batterie out of a vape lasts way longer now ### 1/5 — Hot trash *2021-06-28* The battery only lasts for like 10 secs then the drone is dead. Great, so 24 hrs of charging, wasted 40$-60$ and don’t even talk about how I made it go up then it went down and needed another 24 hrs to charge . This thing is hot trash . I don’t recommend this kind of drone. Whoever made this drone, you need to make a better one that is Suitable to fly long distances and I make the battery last longer. Also it won’t even let us control it even if we could get it up without disconnecting. It would just fly off in the distance at least 100 ft before it fell and damaging itself, then it would have to connect and omg the dang cycle continues. This is just so beginners can learn basic things about drones. This is not for 8K 2140p this is 720p60, which is still average video quality these days. Although I agree with the 30 fps is bad thing, its not that bad. NOTE: I HAVE NOT TESTED THE DRONE YET!! THIS IS ALL BASED OFF OF THE REPLIES I HAVE SEEN OK!?!? The new 1890 app doesn’t work with my x5 so the camera is useless. The 1890 app just does not work with their older model drone! This is very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-11-11* They Deleted the Older App - Propel 1450 and this Newer App doesn’t allow the Use of Older Drones even though the Drone I have is about 2 years old. Absolutely a Scam Company, what a way to try and force Customers to buy another Drone when the Propel 1450 works perfectly fine. I’ll be buying another Drone but not from this Company and I’d Recommend anyone else to avoid them too. ### 1/5 — Crashes during flight *2022-07-05* The app crashes out repeatedly during flight, at least while video is recording. That makes using the video to fly rather than looking at the drone really dodgy because the video feed and app will just go away at random leaving you to scramble to orient yourself to the drone’s position relative to you rather than what was on the screen. ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2022-04-26* This doesn’t work with older drone models, you could have left the old app on the store or even make it compatible with old drones, but to be annoying and force upgrades you’ve done this. (My phone broke so I was attempting to get the app again on my new phone) ### 1/5 — Planned obsolescence *2022-01-24* Propel 1450 app for older drones was taken down. This upgraded replacement app does not work on older drones just a few years old.
