Generate official leases right on your iPhone. 
Create a ready to sign lease for 45 US states and for British Columbia and Quebec, prefilled from your tenant and lease details. 
Ontario leases hand off to the web app.

Record Payment now shows an itemized breakdown of what each tenant owes for the month, rent plus any utility or other charges, and fills in the amount that is actually still outstanding after payments already made.

New notification controls. A Preferences tab lets you turn each reminder on or off, set how many days ahead it sends, choose who receives it, and send yourself a test email.

Notices now require your email, can send you a copy for your records, and download as a clean, branded PDF.

Add properties anywhere. The property form now supports regions for more than 40 countries instead of only Canada and the US.

Fixes and polish:
Fixed a crash that could stop the Properties tab from loading.
Sign out, account creation, and password setup are clearer and more reliable.
City is now a required field when adding a property.
