No one reads this stuff, but do yourself a favor and read this one before you decide to agree to it. You -might- think they gather your data (including photos and videos) for the sole purpose of transmitting them to your insurance company. You would be very wrong. The app provider (a different company from your insurance company) can basically do whatever they want with any data you provide to them.
