Unwieldy, clunky, multiple steps to do something simple. Hard to read how much time you’ve worked on a project. Ended up using a different app to track time.

I can’t understand how this company is still in business. I have been with them for 12 years and it has been agonizing the whole time. This app just gets worse and worse. Their mobile site is terrible too.

I can no longer access the tape chart from the app! This was the only reason I used the app! Please fix this back the way it was! I don’t want to have to change software but this is a major inconvenience!

This was designed by someone old or with a community college degree. If you’re here, your company likely HAS to use this app and there’s no freedom in sight. Welcome to the worst app you’ll ever use, and awesomely, it’s one that’s tied to your livelihood! Enjoy daily frustration and hopelessness.

Not sure if all of the 1-star reviews are just Internet trolls but this app is completely fine and is able to manage our 110 homes. All apps have bugs and things that may annoy you but in essence this app satisfies the need to organize work orders and cleanings for a property management company.

Can you add a house search button in tape chart. There are hundreds houses and I have to check all lines.
Also you can add a review link in the app I can tell you all problems.
