We purchased the app but we couldnt even bill even to a client. No proper support from them. Just making commitments and no corrections in the app. We wasted being behind this app more than two weeks. Cant provide daily rate discounts which is a must item for daily rentals.

To be transparent — for you and for others reading this — Property Desk is purpose-built for small homestays and resorts that operate on  fixed-stay bookings. Daily-rental operations follow a different billing and stay-extension logic, and we were upfront from the very  beginning that this particular use case isn't what the app is designed for. That mismatch is the main reason it didn't fit your workflow, despite everyone's best efforts.

On your specific point: flexible daily/per-night rate discounts are now available in our latest version (1.2.2) — so that gap has since  been closed for the homestays we serve.

I was looking for an application to manage my homestay remotely, as I’m not always available on-site. I needed a solution that would help me monitor operations, manage bookings and guests, and maintain a transparent workflow.

At first, I thought my requirements were quite unique, but then I came across this application. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I have been using this application for nearly a month to manage my homestay. The simple design and intuitive workflow make it very easy to use. Works well for small Homestays, definitely not targeted towards bigger hotels, easy to manage the properties from the app if you want to ditch the pen and paper booking trackings.
