This app tells me everything about my property and my real estate investments. I now know what my portfolio is worth and I can keep all my admin here (depreciation schedules, upkeep expenses and the like). Also PropertyDollar wants a copy of your rates notice before they provide you with the same information you can get from the realestate.com app. Be careful providing them with this data once they have it they can give it to anyone. ### 4/5 — Great neat app *2025-07-11, version 1.0.32* Great app with lots of information handy without having to pay for it. However the mortgage max length is set at 30 years, which limits investors who have longer mortgages. Would be good to have graphs comparing equity in a property vs mortgage paid off.
