I used the app last year to pay dues. I opened it to pay this year’s, but the app is basically frozen with 3 buttons visible saying “previous” “next” and “continue.” I’m only able to toggle between 2 of them by pressing whichever one isn’t grayed out, and it doesn’t open a new page, still just blank. I then went to the website which told me to go to the app for a better experience.

I have to pay my bill. When I install app on my cell phone I couldn’t access to anything.

What is going on?  The App doesn’t allow any meaningful access.  Is this a joke?  Did anyone vet the app?  Hopefully, this is not indicative of the HOA Management services we will receive.  Not off to a good start.

This app is dose not function consistently. Will fail to open, even when an update is not required. Very fitting for HOA interface. Note: the website mirrors the same incapability.

I’ve reset my password several times and it keeps saying it’s invalid. At this point I just prefer to go to the website. 😡

You updated your app/sent us to a new app, and now there’s no way for me to log in, and the link to recover my password isn’t actually a link. It tells me to go to a website to recover my password, but doesn’t tell me where and doesn’t redirect me. This is frustrating and shouldn’t be a link if it’s not functioning as one. If you can’t have a single password recovery location because there are regional sites, why not create a page with multiple redirects for each regional site? And I still don’t have an email allowing me to reset my password.

What happened? Why am I being asked to create a new password? And why is the ‘Forgot Password’ greyed out. This is useless!
