## What is Property Notepad?

Touring homes is easy. Remembering them is hard. By the fourth showing of the day, the kitchens blur together and you can't recall which house had the great light or the noisy street.

Property Notepad keeps every showing organized so you can compare homes with real notes instead of memory.

CAPTURE EVERY SHOWING
- Add a property by address, or use your current location
- Take photos and record voice memos, which are transcribed for you
- Write notes tied to the exact address and time
- Score each home on criteria you choose, like location, kitchen, light, and value

COMPARE WITH CONFIDENCE
- See every home ranked by your own scores
- Mark favorites as a top pick, a maybe, or a no
- Get a short written summary of each property from your notes and scores

WORK TOGETHER
- Invite a partner or co-buyer to the same notebook
- Share your notebook with your agent
- Send a polished tour summary email, and preview and edit it before it goes out

FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
- Create a notebook for each client and keep their showings in one place
- Capture what a client is looking for in a shared Client Brief
- Add properties by MLS number, and find open houses to plan a tour (available in supported markets)
- Send clients a branded tour summary with your name and photo
