The single most important function of this app for me was the ability to see all results from a search on a map of Singapore, so you could tell exactly where units were (important for thinking about transit options, neighborhood, etc). I cannot find that function in this latest update, making this app useless for me.

Please fix the app so it’s not down so much. Also there are a lot of fishy or overly duplicated listings  (eg photos of wrong condo, wrong details, info mismatches, overly vague etc) Other than that it’s an ok app.

Everytime you take any action inside a ad/unit like roll the pictures, or text the agent, or just scrolling up and down the app freezes and you have to go back and enter again in order to take any other action. It is really difficult. You cannot see the map And pictures in the same search because it freezes.

This app hasn’t changed much in 10 years. Many of the listings are not real, the functionality is clunky and hard to use, it’s not overly easy to navigate. It’s basically a site for ads.

This is a great platform. The app however, is the most unstable, unusable, incompetent thing ever. Whoever your software developers and engineers are, you should fire them or give them a major pay cut. The shortlist function has been out of commission on the app for MONTHS now, and it wasn’t as if it worked before. Over the years, the shortlist function would work for a month or two, perhaps, then not for months and months on end. The app is also really prone to cashes, the feed jumps around as you scroll through the listings, the search function seems to have dementia because the recent searches can sometimes last for weeks but then disappear the next hour, multimedia functions (3D-walkthroughs, videos, etc.) don't always work and sometimes causes the app the crash. Fire your software developers & engineers and hire new ones. Also consider hiring a new UX expert. The UX of both your website and app are horrendous.

Very annoying when it keeps asking if I'm human every 5 minutes otherwise not too bad. 

Doesn't seem to filter using the key words you can input and that option is not available on desktop. Would like more filters for search options.. near MRT etc.

Constantly there is an issue with the app and searches. Very inconvenient and terrible user experience

1.       Unable to update Saved Searches:
a.       If you try to update your searches and want to change a couple of filter, you can’t. You have to redo all filters again.
2.       No functionality to name your Saved Searches:
a.       It becomes impossible to distinguish your Saved Searches as the naming convention is very generic
                                                               i.      “For Rent – Any Residentials” + a few featured filters
                                                            ii.      “For Rent – Condo” + a few featured filters
3.       No functionality to filter by date added:
a.       It’s possible on the website not on the app.
4.       No functionality to filter by travel time 
5.       Floor size has to be in the increment of 250 square foot, whereas on website that’s flexible.
6.        Other Issues:
a.       On the website: hard to get the Contact Info for agents to pop out (using Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari), sometime it works, sometime it doesn’t …
7. Captcha: on the website every 5-10minsyou  have to verified that you are human!!! How ridiculous is that?

I’ve been using this app for more than 3 yrs. Every time there’s an update I hope that the app developer will have enabled picture rotation, but it doesn’t happen. I’m used to using the UK app called “Rightmove” which is 5* I think the app developers could learn a lot by checking it out.

The other frustration in singapore is with the estate agents themselves. All too often they upload artists impression photos that were produced by the original condo developer -I’ve even seen them do that with condos that were built 15 years ago! I realise this has nothing to do with the App developer, however, PropertyGuru could impose codes of practice to end this miss-selling to the general public. Sadly that happens all too often in singapore due to poor regulation.

This is the only app to use in Singapore but it is horrible. 
Compared to others around there world this is really second rate and definitely not helped by the terrible photos the agents load up to ‘advertise’ the properties!! 
Just woeful.

Singapore only option yet this is available on the US App Store? I’m looking for apartments in Kuala Lumpur and there’s nothing on here. On the mobile browser version can’t even view by map-view to find specific locations. Not a good service

This app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. You can’t go more than two steps without the app freezing up on you, the screen getting stuck between transitions, or photos just not even loading.

So basically the only bad thing about it is that when I am looking on my iPad it’s acting like it’s a phone so it is very hard to use but on the website it normal so please fix that. And please add something so you can make a shape and put it somewhere and it will give you places in the shape but other than that it’s a great app

This is THE app I have been looking for my property search in Singapore. Full score for its usability. Very fluid. Also to mention the short list and map view feature. 
I would like to see some additional features like new listing push alerts. :-)
