It doesn’t work. Our property agent also has trouble even using her IPhone. Props to support for getting back to us promptly however the issue remains unresolved. ### 2/5 — Frustrating performance issues *2026-02-19* I use PME for all routine, entry and exit reports. Unfortunately, the app appears to be plagued with performance issues, making near impossible to navigate at times. ### 4/5 — Support *2025-05-06* Hi , as much as property me has been a great program, I find that we haven’t had much training and are probably not using the system to its full potential, My issue I have is the support is not available when need, if you are out on the road and need answers straight away there is no one to call, you have to email, I don’t think that is good enough, property managers don’t have time to be waiting for a email . Also the space allowed to save things under property is shocking, things that should be saved under property has to be saved under owner because of the lack and of size allowance. The person who owns the property has been forgotten by My.property.me ### 4/5 — Lots of pros and cons *2021-03-24* I’m undecided on how many stars to rate this app so I’ll break it down as follows... 5 stars because it’s one of the few CRM’s with a smartphone app which is fantastic 3 stars because the iPhone app is glitchy and doesn’t have as much functionality as the web client 2 stars because the iPad app is underwhelming, I would expect it to have at least a few more functions than the iPhone app With all things considered, I’m happy with this app! **Developer response:** Hi Adam, thank you so much for your kind words! ### 3/5 — Great in most areas a fail in a few *2020-11-11* The system has a lot going for it. But for “Australia’s most widely used PM software” one would expect that more of the bugs could get ironed out. It constantly crashes and when you log support you get half fast support that does not help! No matter how many times you update the app or your phone. It never works properly. Support is the worst by far they act very friendly and pretend to help you yet. None of their answers ever help properly and then when nothing helps they say we will need to lock this further to which you never get a response. ### 1/5 — Review *2025-01-31* I have been a user of Console Gateway & then Console Cloud - a far better program- for 28 years - I would never Recommend propertyme to anyone. I have been using Propertyme for 7 months now, people said I would get used to it, I haven’t yet. This app makes my phone into an oven burning my pocket and my battery. App crashes continuously whenever I enter in or out of a room and take photos. Inspections take forever to load. Property contact information takes forever. Camera doesn’t include the ability to zoom out and lags. Emails are useless. Cleared cache and still having issues. We rely heavily on the app for day to day running of the business. Seriously, I kiss the ground they walk on. So many user friendly features with easy cloud record keeping and integrates with my mobile app for inspections etc. It's too easy to use. Plus it's very affordable. I joined with them years ago and I have never looked back. You won't be disappointed!! Performance is good, support responsive and the application is constantly being updated. Great features are the integrated messaging and the bank processing and reconciliation. I can do my rents processing and 15 min every week and mostly just use auto reconciliation.
