No longer offering recent property views but instead those of over a month ago. Can this be corrected? ### 4/5 — Grand app *2026-01-04, version 4.22.1* I like the app but the main reason I’m writing this is due to the most irritating bug: when typing in a location and then choosing a suggestion, it closes the suggestions without choosing the one you’ve pressed, then makes you have to enter the text field again to repeat the process. This has been present for aaaaages. ### 2/5 — Crashes every time it is used *2025-11-27* User interface is well laid out and serves its purpose well. Unfortunately, the app seems to be able to run only for a few minutes without crashing and closing. Its restarts again successfully when opened, and retains login details successfully, however, the frequent crashes are annoying. If there was an alternate app to use I would avoid this app. ### 2/5 — Why change it? *2021-10-10, version 4.2.3* I use the app frequently as I am involved heavily in property as an investor and someone who is generally quite interested. The updated app is a downgrade off the last one. It may look a little different but functionality is reduced greatly. Harder and more awkward to zoom in on photos, and the satellite view has changed from 3D to 2D. I use the satellite view just as much as I look at photos when considering an area so that’s been the biggest disappointment. Looking for saved searches is harder to find and bring up and I just find the whole thing tedious to use. Will be considering now become familiar with property news’s app instead. ### 2/5 — Revert to previous version *2021-10-05, version 4.2.0* I wish I hadn’t updated my app. The new layout is not as user friendly as the previous layout. A lot more complicated to navigate between New Builds and Residential for Sale. ### 3/5 — A change. *2021-10-05, version 4.2.0* Is useful, but, would appreciate if the properties were shown with their freehold or leasehold status. I would not look at a leasehold property, so time wasted trying to find out by phone. Not straight forward to save searches niw. ### 2/5 — Old app was better. *2021-10-02, version 4.1.7* The old app just needed a few tweaks not a complete redesign, the removal of saved searches is a pain in the backside and the gallery view is glitchy when zooming. ### 2/5 — Reverse the update *2021-09-23, version 4.1.5* New app style feels very clunky, don’t enjoy using it ### 2/5 — Get rid of that ‘Create Alert’ pop up *2021-09-22, version 4.1.5* A good update but that ‘Creat Alert’ pop up is really annoying. Get rid. ### 3/5 — Great on iPhone, not on iPad. *2021-01-09, version 3.0* App works great on my iPhone. Almost unusable on iPad. Scaling is none existent to larger screen size, resolution is off and no landscape orientation. Before the update it would crash each time it was used, but you could get a few minutes use before it would crash. Unfortunately, this latest update now causes the app to crash within seconds of being opened. Very disappointing. The new layout and User Interface is shockingly bad. ‘Clunky’ and terrible to navigate around. It used to be a pleasure looking at houses - now it’s only an annoyance and irritant viewing, with ads popping up and slowing viewing to snails pace.
