This app is an absolute lifesaver! It’s lightning-fast for transactions, spits out flawless financial reports, and sorts your income and expenses to match the tax form like magic!

I’m really happy with Propey so far. It makes managing my rental property so much easier. The first-time setup guide is super friendly. I had my property and lease added in no time. Tracking income and expenses is a breeze too, whether it’s rent and utilities payment, appliances maintenance or repair. And, the payment reminders are a total lifesaver!!! I never miss a rental payment anymore!
