## What is Propfynia?

PropFynia is where property owners, tenants, and real-estate agents
actually manage a tenancy — not just list a flat and disappear.

One phone number, sign in with OTP — no passwords to forget. Own a flat
and rent one too? One dashboard shows both, automatically — no switching
apps, no separate login. Real-estate agents get their own dedicated
workspace:

FOR OWNERS
• See every property you own in one portfolio dashboard, not one flat at a

• Track rent collected vs. expected, this month, across all your flats
• Digital rent agreement — your tenant accepts it in-app, timestamped to
  their verified phone number
