I’m very happy with how easy it is to use. Easy to use! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Sporttrade is Far Better *2023-04-16* The problem with Prophet Exchange is the fact it is peer-to-peer. Over half the time I attempt to place a wager it doesn’t get filled, is sent as a “request” and never ends up getting filled. Yes they don’t limit you, and attempt to attract sharps with this proposition, however that entire model is defeated by the fact you can’t ever place large wagers because they never have the liquidity to support it. Because of this I use Sporttrade 10x more than I use Prophet and would highly recommend them over Prophet if you have both available. Ultimately, Prophet’s peer-to-peer model will be the cause of their death. **Developer response:** Hi LyonHoward - thank you for taking the time to check out our betting exchange. Football events are seeing around 10x the amount of liquidity that was available last season during our first year live in New Jersey. The system is overly complicated yet lacks gaming options for nearly anything you actually want to get on. There’s a lot of other gaming apps out there I would highly encourage you to choose one of them instead. We are a licensed and regulated sports betting operator in the state of New Jersey and would love to see you come back and check out the new changes! ### 5/5 — Good Odds / Non-existent Customer Service *2024-01-20* So I’ve been using PE for about a year now. It’s been fine. They have good odds. My biggest problem is their lack of customer service. Firstly, they say they offer a ‘chat’ feature every day until midnight. Except when you go to the ’chat’ feature , it just prompts you to leave a message …. aka an email. The second most frustrating this is that when you send an email, you’ll get an auto response stating that most tickets are resolved within two hours. This is so far from the truth I honestly don’t even know why they thought it was a good idea to include. Pretty much all of my tickets have taken 2-5 days to get a response. And if you know anything about sports betting, you know that tickets usually require a little back and forth. So expect to wait at least a week+ to get any issues resolved. ### 5/5 — Best Odds in NJ *2023-11-10* I found out about prophet exchange last year being promoted by the Ross Tucker Podcast. My biggest mistake was not making an account until this year and losing out on so much value! Prophet exchange has by far the best odds for straight bets in NJ. Often i will win at least $5-$10 more on a $100 bet compared to another Sportsbook. Their prophet boost programs gives you the opportunity to make arbitrage bets to secure a profit risk free, or let’s you fade a boost from another Sportsbook you don’t like. Overall it’s great what they’ve done to shake up the industry and I am very excited to watch this company grow as they have provided me great customer service. Their business model is about gaining more users and they are not incentivized by you losing your bets. There is no “book” to beat and you can earn $100 for referring friends! Unless you enjoy losing money or making less than you should be, sign up today!!! ### 5/5 — Best Odds and Great App *2023-10-26* I have been using Prophet Exchange ever since it's been available in NJ and it's been my go to for sports betting. I consistently get the best odds on MLB, NFL, UFC, NBA and other major markets along with the smallest vig compared to other apps, not to mention great oppurtunties to win guaranteed profits with their boost arbitrage odds. The app itself is very easy to use and withdrawls and deposits couldn't be any simpler and quick to process. The only minor negative is there are no parlays but since it's an exchange and not a traditional book it's understandable as to why this probably wouldn't be possible. ### 5/5 — Way better option that betting with sportsbooks *2023-10-26* Every bet I’ve placed through Prophet exchange I’ve gotten better odds than Fanduel, MGM, DK. Because it’s peer to peer Prophet is matching you with someone else on the other side of your bet and they take a lower vig than the sportsbooks. Easy withdrawals. The mainstream books have same game parlays but if you’re a serious bettor and play straight bets there’s honestly no need to bet with a book if you have Prophet available in your state ### 5/5 — I’ll Never Pay -110 Again *2023-10-26* I get to NJ 4 or 5 times a year, and when I do I exclusively use the Prophet Exchange app for my sports bets. I’ve gotten so accustomed to placing my bets at prices so much better than -110 — often even placing orders at +odds that eventually get matched — that it’s changed my thinking when I’m in Las Vegas or other betting places. Paying -110 is insane and I practically can’t do it anymore. It’s simply needlessly giving money away compared to exchange betting at Prophet. ### 5/5 — Best way to hedge any promo! 🔥🔥 *2023-10-26* Prophet is 100% the best way to hedge promotions. Free bets, profit boosts and they’ve even added the Prophet Boosts as a way to hedge on the boosted odds at F*nDuel and Dr*ftKings. There are no limits and you can see how much money is on every event. For regular bets like spreads or overs you can often find -102 lines instead of -110 which adds up to a lot of money over time. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great Exchange *2023-10-26* The ability to trade on bets with such little hold has allowed my bankroll to grow much faster than other betting apps. Not only have my normal bets become more profitable but the ability to hedge the boosts given by other boosts provides essentially free money to all users. I know exchanges can be intimidating for most bettors but the supports system is fantastic and the app’s ease of use is great. Withdrawals are also extremely fast just like every other book. If you want to see more money in your betting account you need to have Prophet exchange as one of your main sports-books. ### 5/5 — Best odds every time *2023-10-26* I’ve been using Prophet since last year and it’s been great to see the new stuff they have added. The Prophet Boosts section is a great way to “fade” the boosts from DK and FD. They have added a good amount of NFL player props so you can get the best odds on CMC to score a TD. If you’re playing Over/Under or spreads you can often find odds at -102 instead of -110. That’s a huge difference when you’re betting the board. The live betting experience keeps getting better.
