The Workforce OS mobile application provides interpreters with the information needed to be sure they do not miss an appointment and that their time sheets are submitted quickly, accurately and already approved by the client. Not only do the interpreters have all of the relevant information about the appointment at their fingertips, they even have a map for the location. Once on site, the interpreters can track the actual interpretation times using a timer to calculate and record the times. Mileage, parking and other expenses can be recorded as well. When everything is finished, the client can review and sign the screen with a stylus or their finger. The information is then submitted and stored in the Workforce OS database with a date/time stamp of the submission. If the interpreter does not have internet service, the information is submitted once the interpreter has internet service and refreshes the app. The Workforce OS mobile application was designed to be an extension of the Interpreter Portal for those companies who already use Workforce OS. The filters do not stay toggled on as indicated. The open jobs even after applying the filters are not always correct and accurate to allow me to select any open jobs. Honestly, it is terrible. The most un user-friendly version yet. ### 3/5 — Fairly easy to use; Wi-Fi issues though *2025-04-01* The app is fairly easy to use but can be confusing when starting a new assignment if you “arrive” before actually starting the assignment. I enter my actual time when completed w the client. Also, the new update now only works when not on WiFi. I have restarted and even deleted the app, w no success. This only happened recently when we changed from “Propio” to “Propio nationwide “. I do like the ease of getting assignments. ### 1/5 — Useless since last two updates *2025-02-19* I used to love the app and its simplicity. Vince the last two updates, I cannot log in to the app. I can log in to the web portal. But the app? Won’t recognize biometrics, if I enter the password, as soon as I remove the keyboard, the screen moves back to login name. ### 2/5 — Cumbersome *2025-02-13* Very cumbersome to use-app has not had working password auto-login for months. Have installed and reinstalled and updated with no avail. ### 3/5 — Error need immediate fixing *2025-02-05* Face if not working since last update, please fix it, it is very inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Password Not Autofilling *2025-01-26* Version 4.0.0 is not autofilling from face id or any of the password managers. The previous version was working fine. This is very annoying since the user needs to open this app several times a day and sometimes several times in an hour. Keeping the app open in the background is not secure. Please fix this bug. I am using 16 Pro with IOS 18.2.1 which worked perfectly with the previous version. P. S. It would be very useful to be able to copy text from the CONSUMER and WHERE fields, or the ability to export to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to avoid conflicts with personal or other professional appointments Thank you in advance. ### 1/5 — Poorly tested app *2021-08-24* The concept is nothing new or innovative but the execution is a classic example on how not to deploy an app and the software behind it. I can’t even get logged in because the screen doesn’t show the login button. Clearly this wasn’t tested on different devices If an appointment is cancelled then the appointment disappears but I have no way to know when the appointment was canceled so I can’t charge a cancellation fee or reschedule The company definitely doesn’t understand that Interpreters rely on accurate appointments and details to earn a living which is typical of a company that is focused only on profits-thier own profits ### 1/5 — Message from user *2021-05-20* App Icon does not display after: delete old Icon then tried to reload (Get) a new version. I also tried turn off my iPhone and later turn it back on in hope that Icon will appear but no luck. Now, I can only use this App from App Store. Any advise? All functions in this App are good. ### 5/5 — Improved *2020-01-06* Better update than the old version ### 2/5 — Potential to be great but with many problems now *2019-09-27* Instead of wasting efforts in developing functions such as adding emojis to the signatures, please correct/improve the following essential and practical functions: - App kept crashing when notes were typed in. - To show the end time next to start time under the “when” instead of just the duration in minutes. - Capacity to add multiple images; there are clients who require interpreters to submit multiple documents aside from the timesheet for billing. - Under “submitted jobs”, to have the filter option to view by most recent, by year, by location, by “services for”, by paid (amount), etc.. - Capability to save and pick repeated comments to be entered under notes so to save time from typing them each time. - Have the option to print timesheets directly from the app instead of looking for the email link. - Have the option to turn job reminders and list of jobs emails on/off. There is potential to make this app great as long as developers implement suggestions from actual users who use the app everyday.
