Downloaded the app with excitement. Only a login option on the main screen. I’ve never signed up so naturally a login email and password doesn’t work. Which is fine except there’s no option to sign up!!! Great app I’m sure. And I would write a good review if I could actually use the app!!!

It’s a good concept but the actionable results of this technology can be accomplished with an iPhone in slow motion (and no Proplay AI subscription). 

In a world with plenty of metrics, skip out on paying for this service.

I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Uploaded multiple videos to be analyzed and none were completed. Contact customer service and they tell me that tech couldn’t duplicate the problem and try again. For 3 months it was stuck on analyzing a swing and finally customer service told me I had to delete the app and reinstall it to reset the app bc it was stuck trying to analyze the video. Customer service is subpar, slow to respond, and couldn’t solve the issues I had with the app. I tried to cancel and requested a refund but they told me no even though the app never once did what it was supposed to do. Do not download this app.

Do not recommend. I own baseball and softball training facilities in Maryland and Delaware. 
If you sign on with them make sure you know that no matter what you will be paying for an entire year of it. (They are pretty sneaky about that)  They will say that you can read their cancellation policy but good luck finding that until they send it to you in an email with the link upon cancellation. There is also no way to see when your year is up. 

The app works about 4-10 times. Other times the video has issues uploading, or their software will not pickup movements, or you will get off the wall results. Their costumer service is basically no help. They will say that they see no issues at their end (which basically tells me they never even looked at my concern). I believe they send you a pre written email for basically every issue. It seems like theres probably a good reason why they don’t have much of a following…

I downloaded the app to try it out because there was a 7 day free trial. The app didn’t work very well and I was not satisfied with it after day 1. I requested to cancel 3 times during the 7 day trial and never received a response. They charged my card $99 on the 8th day. They will get a chargeback from my bank…and this review

I started the seven day trial and then got billed annually when I wanted to try a month. Well it was fairly clear, this product is not very useful and most certainly not worth the $1100 I will be billed over the next year

Lots of issues with the app not analyzing the videos correctly, identifying RHP as LHP, and other issues, really bad support, only an email that is useless

Would love to be able to try the app, however I can not log in on Iphone. Every time I add email account then click on anything else the screen goes blank. I have contacted support, hopefully this is fixed. The concept seems wonderful.

In order to log in you’ve got to go to the website in your browser and then it will let you create an account. After set up you will be able to log in to the app.

Downloaded app, when opened it immediately asks me for login info. But never able to create an account, etc, so it tells me invalid when I enter anything....think it’s a great app if I could access it 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Was able to load 1 out of 6 pitchers during my 7 day trial run.  The 1 pitcher I was able to load had great data to use, but unfortunately if the app doesn’t work…then it’s pointless.  Customer support had no answers besides “delete and redownload the app”.  Pity, onto a competitor like Mustard.

Buyer beware. Log-in doesn’t work half the time. Then password recovery doesn’t work. And the app only works if you have incredible fast wifi.  Then the company will charge you even though you can’t get into the app. Customer service is non existent.

Can’t login as an existing user on a different device - even being logged out of all devices. Then a couple attempts it locks the account. Pretty useless if login isn’t super easy with a correct email and password. Seems like a major bug fix needed. Second chance if they provide a quick and useful fix and response.
