## What is PROPMETRIK HOME?

PROPMETRIK Home is the tenant app for homes and apartments managed on PROPMETRIK, Ghana's property management platform. If your landlord or property manager uses PROPMETRIK, this app puts your whole tenancy in your pocket.

RENT AND BILLING
• See your balance, next due date and full payment history at a glance
• Pay rent with Mobile Money, card, bank transfer or USDT
• Rent schedules and utility charges laid out month by month, with receipts for every payment
• Auto-Pay support so rent is never late

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
• Report an issue in seconds: pick a category, describe it, add photos
• Set priority and a preferred visit time, and grant entry permission when you're away
• Track every request from open to completed

DOCUMENTS AND LEASE
• Your signed lease, receipts and notices in one secure library
• Upload your own documents for your property manager
