During these decades I have always been treated like a family member…literally. The Customer Support, Direct Tellers, and Managers have treated me with the utmost respect. They have advised me during lean times and in time of plenty, and have always had my best interest. But I think they are behind in the way of the future. I can not make payments on the application on my phone. It's hard the save your default payment information on there to use for future reference. Or on your computer browser as well. I feel like they need some software development work on that website and app. But great bank above all. It should open to the accounts page and when finished paying bills it ought to return to it, not doing that updating thing that seems to go endlessly.
