First time I used a couple months ago I successfully established connection. Right now, no matter what I try it not connect. My propresenter version is 19.01 thats why Im trying with the remote classic version

Layout is now worse than it used to be and the Remote section of the app no longer shows thumbnails. Customer support is virtually nonexistent.

When it works, it is super helpful. The problem is, it doesn’t connect easily and disconnects easily. For a company that has such a big following, this app should be far superior than it is.

This app used to work great, but the most recent update is not working at all and keeps crashing. It keeps disconnecting and attempting to reconnect with no success. I attempted to downgrade propresenter to see if that was the issue, and that is not the issue at all.

This app worked for me for years but once they made the update to it, it no longer works. It crashes every time I click on the Playlists. The only thing I can see is the Library which is not helpful.

We have used this app for years with zero issues. The update to classic completely broke the app. It does not work at all. We worked with support, including software engineers with no resolution. Praying a new update comes out soon.

It would seem the purpose of a remote would be for the presenter, yet the ability for the presenter to see what’s on display has been removed with latest update, making all slides blank and useless for navigation. Please go back to the presenter being able to see both slides and notes from the app.

Used to work great until the “classic” update, now it just connects momentarily then shows reconnecting. TOTALLY UNUSABLE in this state!!! Used to run the whole service from this app, good thing I’ve got a wireless keyboard and mouse! Hopefully they release the new version soon! ! !
