Please fix. ### 2/5 — Functions but clunky *2025-10-29* The app does what is needed but it’s clunky. One other thing I don’t like is that it logs you out after each session. I have to log in every time I use it. It’s frustrating when I’m driving and see a property and can’t access the map easily. Unless you have the exact address you can’t really find other properties. It is hard to navigate the app, I believe if they fix the user experience and add the same functionality as the desktop version website the app would be 5 stars. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, Sissorsz. Website works fine but app just attempts to open for minutes on end, and when it finally does, the same happens when looking up properties. Please address this matter. ### 1/5 — Save your money and time *2024-03-29, version 1.9.44* As an investor and wholesaler, quality data is my top priority and Propstream simply does not meet the standard. The numbers they provide are garbage. How is anyone doing deals with this service? I’ll admit, they do have some unique property filters that aren’t offered on other apps, but what’s the use if the contact info is inaccurate? Spent three months testing another service (BatchLeads) as recommended by one of my buddies, and I tripled my deal flow. Wish I made the switch sooner. ### 1/5 — D4D doesn’t work!!!! *2024-03-22* I have had propstream and the app for over a year. The only thing the app is good for is d4d. Since day ONE I have not been able to effectively use this feature. I was able to use it exactly one time. In order to use the drive for dollars feature I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. I used it and the next day when u went to use the same function, same thing. You tap on just drive or even set your filters and nothing happens. Fix this propstream! I’m basically throwing away money on this feature at this point. Might as well go get deal machine.. ### 1/5 — Horrible app features *2024-03-20* I use PropStream(web base) daily for my business and it’s great, but the app is almost useless. I only use it if I see something and add it to my liked properties to analyze when I get back on my computer. Other than that, the app is useless. Driving for dollars feature doesn’t work. The info given for the properties isn’t as detailed. The app won’t show your saved properties. The list goes on and on. I contacted customer service and asked if they were going to make the web base mobile compatible, and they said no. PropStream needs to dump money and either make the app similar to the web base version or make the web base mobile compatible. But the app is absolutely terrible. Sure you can comp and look at tax records etc, the normal stuff you can do on the website. However the the drive feature doesn’t even work, so that’s cool. Needless to say, it offers a wealth of information whenever I need info on a property on the spot. My feedback is for the Drive feature. I set my filters, drive, the map shows properties, I pull over to the side and tap to bring up the property, tap to Favorite the property, then tap Ok, then tap to close that window of the recently-saved property. Four taps to save a property. The map shows 30+ properties that meet my criteria. I have the filters set, so I will want to save the properties that come up. It’d be so much faster (and safer) if the app auto-saved the properties while you drove around neighborhoods. Maybe have a max or minimum setting.
