Propta is a property management app for tenants, maintenance teams, and property managers. It keeps everyday property operations organized, trackable, and connected in one place.

Tenants stay on top of their tenancy from anywhere — viewing units, contracts, and building amenities, submitting maintenance requests in seconds, tracking status, messaging their property manager, and accessing invoices, receipts, and contracts whenever they need them.
