In app chat doesn’t work half the time. The time frame for them to reply to a email or chat message is outrageous. And I've made several orders with pro rollers. This last purchase had to be the worst customer service yet.

**Developer response:** Jeff, I am sorry for the issues over the holidays   The system did crash completely but we are now back up and running with no issues.  Give us a shout as you know how we do business
