Cons Some annoying limitations: 500K transfer limit, SMS notification not working , some settings should be saved and remembered in the GUI so user doesn’t have to keep entering them again (like recipients email ), bugs adding team members to an account ### 1/5 — Worst online banking system ever *2022-07-09* I recently joined and it’s been going fine, until two days ago I’ve been trying to send out money and an error message of “Transaction in transit” at the end of the day, my money gets reversed. It’s been going on for two days now. This is total rubbish. Customer care service is nothing to write home about both email and mobile number. No guarantee for funds transfer to be received by the recipient. If you are a business owner. Don’t make any payment to them! *2022-11-10* Sent payment for company name registration since 15 of June! This clowns never rendered the service and since then never refunded my money kept playing with wretched their parents, you have till Monday which is the ultimatum I am giving you idiots! By Monday I don’t see my refund then we will go to court! You can’t hold my money for months without refunding and you will be using it to do business. You’re into loans and I’m sure you know what that means. Till then, is not every Nigerian that you will scam! ### 1/5 — Latest version is poor. *2022-11-03* The app has been okay so far, but the latest version is terrible. Asks for a 4 digit security to login while the login field is six digits long and there’s no way to enter just 4 digits. After you inevitably log in with your password, you cannot transact because the security codes are not sent to your email. I feel like my money has been hijacked. ### 1/5 — They aren’t forthcoming about charges and transfers get lost *2022-10-14, version 1.3.6* Please be aware that they charge the following for having an account with them. When your inflow of cash exceeds; 100k NGN they charge you 3k on top of the transfer fees that you have to pay 500k NGN they charge you 5K on top of the transfer fees that you have to pay. It would be good for them to be transparent to communicate this before setting up your account. My transfers have gotten missing so many times. I sent money to my business account and it has been 24 hours and still no credit alert. They are very helpful in sorting out issues. When i had issues with a particular bank that my prospa account is tied to they offered an alternative and thats all we really need when it comes to banking. Great account and saves you enormous fees. This app is truly innovative, it’s easy to use, and intuitive. It cuts out most of the red tape associated with using more established banks, without compromising on security. For startups, this app is particularly powerful in that it saves an enormous amount of time through leveraging automation: Automatically transferring money to your sub accounts as they hit your main account, automatically paying staff and vendors (payroll) and much more.
