When it is working it’s a great tool. But again, it breaks down too often. ### 2/5 — I love legal shield but *2023-07-01* The latest update is flawed. When I go to share a video and click device contact it tells me I need to add a phone number. The phone number is already there. So to work around the problem I cancel it then copy the contacts number, then paste into new prospect. I hate it!!
