## What is Prospect OVR?

Prospect OVR is a football-focused athletic self-assessment app built to help athletes understand where they stand and what to work on next.

Answer rating questions, enter basic measurables, and get your Prospect OVR with a breakdown of your strengths, focus areas, and training priorities.

Prospect OVR helps athletes:
- Get a personalized Prospect OVR score
- See strengths and weaknesses
- Follow a 4-week training cycle
- Train focus areas like strength, explosiveness, stamina, speed, and agility
- Retake after training to track improvement
- Save and share a Prospect Card

Prospect ratings are for motivation, entertainment, and self-assessment. They are not official recruiting rankings, coach evaluations, or scholarship guarantees.

Training recommendations are for general athletic development. Train safely and adjust based on coaching, experience level, and physical ability.

Prospect Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the full OVR breakdown, four-week training cycle, focus-area workouts, progress tracking, and complete Prospect Card details.
