## What is Prosperity CardControl?

Prosperity Bank CardControl 

Turn your debit and credit cards on and off with one touch. You can also have peace of mind of being able to control when, where and how they’re used. 

To use Prosperity Bank CardControl, login in to the Prosperity Bank Mobile Banking App then select CardControl from the main menu to launch the CardControl App. 

Enrollment in online banking and our mobile banking app is required to use the Prosperity Bank CardControl app. If you’re not already enrolled in online banking, simply go to prosperitybankusa.com and select Enroll from the Online Banking box.

This app has been messed up for a while. It will not do what stated. Says will send email or text with security code. Yesterday it was 5 1/2 hrs and the app wouldn’t take it because it signed out. Have tried no less than 10 times today and it still hasn’t worked. It’s lousy.

Rarely ever functions properly! I prefer to turn my cards off until ready to use them, but it seems every time I need to turn it on, the app doesn’t work. WHY is this feature not built into the mobile banking app instead of in this separate app? It makes no sense. I am about ready to change banks because I always have issues accessing my own funds because of this issue-laden app.

The only reason I downloaded this app was to turn on and off my card as I choose, but half the time it either won’t lock or won’t unlock. Add to that the multiple failed log ins and this app is useless. Will be deleting once I am able to get back into and turn my card back on.

This is suppose to be a bank that has to have the best of the best . Why must I download another app to turn of and on my card no other bank makes me do that! And it doesn’t even work always saying establishing a secure network while I’m waiting in a line trying to make a purchase or when I want to turn off it won’t allow me . Don’t give me tools to protect myself if I can’t use them! I reached out and the  customer service said they are working on it?! It’s been 1 month / half! Get it fixed. I can’t afford to lose money on your behalf of negligence!

This app is terrible. I love the concept of being able to turn cards on/off especially when traveling. This app is unreliable and is broken more than it works. When the app is down there is no way to unlock your cards even through the webpage. Great idea but poor execution by the developers.

Kind of having a crisis here and want to lock my debit cards. Bank app says to download this app, following directions to link and it just says “Please wait while establishing secure connection” Way to be helpful.
