Very poor operating system. Please fix this problem. ### 1/5 — Can’t run app *2026-06-20, version 17.3.0* Phone won’t support the iPhone version that it runs on, so now no app or a newer phone. Doesn’t seem very customer friendly ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-08, version 17.3.2* This app is not very good always loading and changing screens in and out of browsers to log in. It’s archaic. Need to get with the times offer investing/crypto/precious metals and a real functional phone app. ### 1/5 — It should NOT be this difficult *2025-11-24, version 17.3.0* Trying ALL day to sign in on the web as well as the app. I am hoping deleting the PCCU app and then going in and downloading again will actually get me somewhere. When the app told me to update, I would click on it and it did nothing. Trying to get in on the web - id do all of the things and get to sign in AGAIN and it would tell me my credentials didn't match and then I got locked out. Convenience? Not! ### 1/5 — Cheque depositing and general outdated features *2024-12-17, version 17.0.2* Taking up to four business days to deposit a cheque is horrendous when it comes to the business hours. This bank doesn’t operate on the weekends, and the website is always having problems. It’s outdated and a bit outrageous when considering the most common clients. It’s always giving me warning tabs that they may not be able to complete my requests, even while in business hours, so it seems generally outdated and like it may need some touch ups. Again though, if a cheque takes up to four days to deposit then it should not be viewable as a completed transaction in my account, along with that it should not be viewable in my account, but maybe that’s just my personal opinion. If these cheques are being deposited by real people though, then I do not see why it takes so long to happen, as people should be doing their jobs. Update: It has now taken more then the 4 business days it usually takes to deposit my check and I am very, very disappointed in PCCU. I would say that this is the worst bank I’ve ever been a part of and the staff seem incompetent. I will be switching banks at my earliest convenience, the people I called to get help with this issue were also extremely passive aggressive and dismissive of my problem, I would say I’m surprised, but I’m really not. Incompetence and bad customer service tend to go hand in hand. Fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-09-17, version 17.0.0* Horrible, can’t do an e-transfer. I shut down and restarted my phone.
