## What is Prosperiu?

Prosperiu is a personal finance tracker that keeps every part of your money in one place.

Record what you spend, and see your accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgage, investments, crypto and property on a single screen. No bank connection. You type the numbers, and they stay yours.

WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Know what is actually left this month, not what happens to be sitting in the account
• Catch an overspend before the month ends, not after
• See one honest number for everything you own and everything you owe
• Keep your financial life private: nothing is pulled from a bank, so nothing can leak from one

CASH FLOW AND BUDGETS
• A monthly cash flow that counts what is still scheduled, not only what already moved
• A projected balance for any date you pick, with a three month chart behind it
• Budgets per category that warn you before the money runs out rather than after
• Every figure opens to a full breakdown: which account, which charge, which date

ACCOUNTS, LOANS AND PROPERTY
• Bank, business, savings, cash and credit cards
• Loans and mortgages with a full amortisation table, so you see principal against interest
• Pension funds, study funds and physical assets like a flat or a car
• Choose which accounts count toward your totals, and the choice is saved

INVESTMENTS
• A securities and crypto portfolio: holdings, return, and average cost
• Live market prices, read only, for information
• A net worth chart over time, with a benchmark to compare against

ALERTS YOU WRITE YOURSELF
• A price move, a gain or a loss on a holding, a low bank balance, spending over a limit, goal progress, or a periodic summary
• Written in your own words, turned into a rule you confirm

GOALS
• A target with a date, and a track that tells you whether you are on pace
• Progress that updates from the money you actually record

BUILT FOR HEBREW
• Full Hebrew right to left, and English
• Shekel first, with other currencies converted at today's rate

A GUIDE INSIDE THE APP
A full walkthrough opens with a few short questions, builds a path that fits you, and then explains every screen in place. Nothing is left to guess.

SAPIR IS HER OWN APP
On the phone the assistant is not a screen inside Prosperiu. She is a separate app, Sapir by Prosperiu, running on the same account: what you record there appears here, and the other way round. She is downloaded separately from the App Store.

A LANGUAGE MODEL, ONLY WHERE YOU ASK FOR IT
An alert can be written in your own words, and the app turns the sentence into a rule. That sentence, with the names of your accounts, categories and goals, is sent to a language model from Anthropic, an outside company. Amounts and balances are not sent. Nothing is sent until you agree in Settings, and the consent can be withdrawn there at any time.

WHAT PROSPERIU IS NOT
Not a bank, not a broker, not a wallet, not an exchange. It moves no money, places no market orders, connects to no bank account, and holds none of your funds or coins. Every number is what you typed. Market prices are read-only, from public market data, and are shown for information only. Nothing in the app is investment advice.

YOUR DATA
Account deletion lives inside the app, in Settings, and removes your user and all of your data permanently. Your data is encrypted in transit, and your rows are readable only by your own account and by anyone you deliberately invite to your cashflow in Flow sharing, at the permission you choose. The app opens and reads without a connection, from data cached on your device.

Start free, and see where your money actually goes.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-10-05

Version 1.2.3 — Getting the numbers right

This release started with one question: "why does the screen say something different from my bank?" We looked, we found it, we fixed it. Everything below was measured against real data.

End-of-month forecast
• Charges on a credit card now count toward the forecast of the account the card settles against. They used to be dropped, so the forecast ran too high.
• A transfer leaving an account you selected, to one you did not, counts as money going out — because it is. It was not counted at all before.
• A loan payment subtracts in full when the loan itself is not among the accounts you selected, instead of only the interest portion.

Monthly balance
• Now includes transfers leaving your selection, so it agrees with the projected balance above it. The two used to describe different months.

Balances
• Opening an account page no longer rewrites its balance. A balance you typed stays yours.
• Balance rebuilds convert currency properly. An account with charges in another currency used to end up wrong, and a credit card could even stop settling because of it.

Account selection
• Choosing which accounts count now drives everything: net worth, income, expenses, transfers, the monthly balance, the forecast, Sapir's answers and the periodic report.

Sapir
• Counts by your selection, and says what was left out.
• Can correct an account balance against your bank, and marks it current.
• Refuses to move a charge date into the past, so no back charges appear.
• Writing to a shared flow lands in the right flow.

Periodic report
• Net worth adds up to the lines beneath it, including credit card debt.
• Each card says which account it settles against.

Thank you for keeping us accurate. Every report here was investigated.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-10-01

• One card for net worth and projected balance, with a three month chart
• Choose which accounts count, grouped by type, and the choice is saved
• Tap any figure for a full breakdown: every account, holding and debt
• Pick a date and see every scheduled movement up to it
• Fixed: a loan paid off early kept lowering net worth
• Fixed: a subscription was projected past its end date
• Fixed: a securities portfolio showed as zero
• Fixed: the breakdown follows the accounts you selected

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-29

New in this version:

- A completely rebuilt guided tour. It opens with three short questions and builds a chapter list that fits you, explains every screen in place, and never asks you to click a highlighted control in order to move on.
- A projected balance you can explore. Tap the projected balance card, pick any day of the month, and see a chart with a separate cash flow line for each account.
- The free plan now includes a savings account.
- Fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-25

The in-app guide was rebuilt. It shows exactly where to tap, waits for you at every step, and moves on only when you tap Continue. We went through every chapter and fixed places where it pointed at a screen that was not open yet. Plus stability improvements.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-24

A complete guided tour, in English and in Hebrew.

The tour highlights the control you need and waits until you tap it, instead of only describing the screen. Chapters cover every screen, and you can reopen any of them at any time from Guide and tour in the menu.

If something a chapter needs does not exist in your account yet, the tour offers to create it with you and then returns to where you were.
