Prospyr is the all-in-one platform for aesthetics and wellness practices. Keep a full schedule and spend your time serving patients — from the front desk to the treatment room.

The Prospyr app puts your schedule, patient charts, clinical camera, messages, and phone in one place, so your team isn’t juggling a patchwork of tools on the floor.

KEEP A FULL SCHEDULE
See the whole team’s day at a glance. Switch between day, multi-day, and list views, filter by location, provider, and service, and book or update appointments from your phone. Check patients in, complete visits, and keep every chair in view.

EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR PATIENT
Open the chart and get the full story: activity, appointments, photos, documents, tasks, messages, and calls. Add a patient, update their profile, and take the next step — book, text, call, or capture — without leaving the record.

CAPTURE INTO THE CHART
Clinical photos land on the patient, not in your camera roll. Tag before and after, line up a repeatable shot with guides and ghost photos, and use overlays, grid, and subject mask when you need them. Bring a Canon camera over USB when you want tethered capture.

2-way SMS and Patient Portal threads live in one inbox. Reply with templates, photos, or documents, and stay in the conversation without leaving the chart.

CALL FROM THE CHART

New Patient Features
We've added several new features that bring the mobile app closer to the Prospyr web experience:
- Added tags, profile notes, activity logs, and edits for common patient fields
- New quick actions for your most common patient interactions
- New design to support surfacing up aspects of your patient that might need attention
- Added Documents: view, upload, and share documents
- Added Invoices: view, create and edit invoices using an embedded Prospyr web view
- Added Tasks: view, complete, update, and edit tasks

VoIP Improvements
- When in-call, you can minimize the call and continue to use the rest of Prospyr Mobile
- Improved in-call screen and caller ID when interacting with a call from iOS 

Conversations Refinements
- New non-relative timestamp format for conversation items
- When a patient record has a placeholder name, we now show the phone number associated when possible
- Miscellaneous polish and cleanup

Camera Refinements
- Added a picker to tag photos as before, after, or other as you capture
- Added patient + appointment context control to make it easier to tag photos
- Design updates: we've moved the controls to the side on iPad for easier access

Tethered Camera Capture
- Added speculative EOS R series live view fix
- Added a "Show Camera Diagnostics" toggle to surface more information when debugging issues with Canon cameras

This version also contains a few miscellaneous bug fixes.
