ProTechCam helps field service companies document every job with photos, equipment details, GPS location, voice notes, and customer signatures.

Designed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, alarm and security, generators, appliance repair, and other service industries, ProTechCam creates professional service records that help technicians prove work was completed correctly.

Shop board colours now show on your phone — every job is colour-coded by where
  the vehicle is.

  Jobs show the day it came in, the day it's due out, and days in the shop.

  Vehicles back for reassembly are marked, so a second pass is clear.

  Photos now belong to the job, so two vehicles from one customer never share a
  picture.

  ASK PROTECHCAM
  • Ask questions out loud on your iPhone and get answers from your own job
  data.
  • Knows today's date, your equipment records, and your hours.

  CUSTOMERS & JOBS
  • Look up anyone you work for, add a customer, and edit job details on the
  spot.
  • A photo of the front of the home now follows the customer and shows on
  Today's Jobs.
  • Call, Text, and Navigate on every job screen.
  • Add a person to a job, and rewrite what the job is.

  EQUIPMENT
  • Add company equipment from the phone, with a photo from the yard.
  • Correct or remove equipment you already entered.

  CREW & TIME
  • See who's on your truck, with your real crew names.
  • Owners can clock their own jobs; the route shows in and out times.
  • Fix a missed finish time from the work order.

  MESSAGES
  • Green shows when a message is waiting, on the chip and the badges.     
  • Job conversations scroll properly while Send stays put.

  FIXES
  • Fixed a crash on opening the app.
  • Fixed the app quitting after returning to Home.
  • Work orders no longer close themselves.
  • Deleting a work order now releases its route stop.
