The inbox icon tells you there is a new email. When you go into the inbox, it doesn’t show it. You have to log out and log back in to get it to update. The process to attach a file is odd. You don’t do it from within the app, you go to the file, right click and select open with, then select Protected Trust. I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one! I created a password, which only works approximately 50% of the time. When it decides not to work, it will give me the message, "Oops! Wrong password!" If I keep trying, it will lock me out of my account for 12 hours, at which point I will have to do a very frustrating and time-consuming song and dance to reset my password and get my emails.
