The inbox icon tells you there is a new email. When you go into the inbox, it doesn’t show it. You have to log out and log back in to get it to update. The process to attach a file is odd. You don’t do it from within the app, you go to the file, right click and select open with, then select Protected Trust. I hope my employer chooses another secure message service because this is terrible to deal with. ### 1/5 — No updates. . . *2018-03-07, version 2.1* How about an update after 2 years? ### 1/5 — So secure I can't get into my own account! *2015-02-19, version 1.1* I was required by work to start using this email encryption service to ensure patient confidentiality. I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one! I created a password, which only works approximately 50% of the time. When it decides not to work, it will give me the message, "Oops! Wrong password!" If I keep trying, it will lock me out of my account for 12 hours, at which point I will have to do a very frustrating and time-consuming song and dance to reset my password and get my emails. All I get now is a black screen.
