The developers responded fairly quickly and the issue has been resolved. Thanks

**Developer response:** Hi there, your login details should have been provided to you direct, by your managing organisation (such as your employer, or the SIA), so please contact them initially. Alternatively, you can still use the generic login credentials of act/act (3 letters, all lower case) as your interim Username/Password.
