Took my money
Took money from me from a free trial and I can’t contact support. It’s robbery.
Absolute scam- stay away!!!!
I am beyond frustrated. I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a 7-day free trial, yet the second I clicked "confirm," I received a notification from my bank that I had been charged the monthly subscription price of $24.99.
I immediately went into my Apple settings and canceled the subscription—literally within three minutes of downloading the app—but the money has already left my account. When I contacted Apple Support, they gave me the runaround, claiming the purchase was "ineligible for a refund" and told me I had to contact the developer directly.
Here is the problem: * There is no contact information anywhere in the app.
• The "Support" link on the App Store page just leads to a broken website.
• There is no phone number, no email address, and no way to talk to a human being.
It feels like this app is designed specifically to trap people into accidental payments and then hide so they can’t get their money back. I am a senior on a budget and $24.99 is a kind of money to lose to a "free trial."
Do not download this app. They will take your money instantly and then ghost you. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card company since the developers clearly have no intention of being honest.
Pros: None.
Cons: Predatory billing, zero customer support, and constant intrusive ads even after they steal your money.

Don’t get this app
This app made my iPhone not be able to uninstall apps. Before I got this app I was able to and now it just says move to App Library or Cancel.
