## What is ProTeen Nation?

ProTeen Nation is the daily motivation and personal growth
app built for American teenagers who are ready to level up.

Every day starts with a check-in — rate your mood, set your
goal for the day, and get a motivational quote to carry with
you. It takes 60 seconds and sets the tone for everything
that follows.

WHAT'S INSIDE:
• Daily Video — a new motivational speech every day, built
around topics that matter to teens
• Daily Check-In — mood tracker, goal setter, and streak
  counter to keep you consistent
• Quick Journal — write your thoughts in 60 seconds with
  rotating daily prompts
• Topic Hub — browse articles, videos, news, and tips
across 8 life categories: Resilience, School,
Relationships, Faith, Sports, Health, Careers, and Civics
• Streak Tracker — build your daily streak and watch your
  progress grow
• Submit Your Story — share your voice with the ProTeen
  Nation community
• Custom Notifications — set your daily reminder for
whatever time works best for you

ProTeen Nation is for the teen who wants more — more focus,
more confidence, more purpose. Show up every day and watch
yourself grow.

We are the future.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-06-23

**Version 1.3 Update Notes:**

This update addresses functionality issues reported after our previous release:

1. **Video Player** — The daily motivational video now plays correctly with full playback controls (play, pause, replay, progress bar). Previous version had a non-functional video player.

2. **Topic Hub Filters** — The filter tabs (All, Articles, Videos, News, Tips) are now clearly visible. Text contrast was too low in the previous build.

3. **Scholarships Section** — Added a new Scholarships section on the home screen that surfaces real scholarship opportunities for teens, updated daily from our backend. Each listing includes award amount, eligibility requirements, and a direct link to apply.

The app continues to provide native daily interaction through the Daily Check-In (mood tracking, goal setting, streak counter), Quick Journal, and Daily Motivational Video — all core native features beyond content aggregation.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-19

Bug fixes and improvements including:
• Video player now works fully with playback controls
• Topic Hub filters fixed (Articles, Videos, News, Tips)
• Notification time is now customizable from your profile
• Submit screen updated with video and media attachment
• Various performance improvements

### 1.0.0 — 2026-06-07
