I paid the for the premium version and the search and AI Picture feature either doesn’t search anything or it gives you inaccurate information. For example when you search “Egg” it comes up at 12.6g… I wish that was true but it’s less than half of that. I have reached out for a refund.

Every time i open the app it asks me to pay to upgrade. I choose "Continue to free" but it asks me to confirm my payment for a subscription. A subscription to log a few numbers for me?

I paid for premium so I could use the AI scanner. It doesn’t work half the time and I end up having to look it up online and guess anyway. There’s also no food look up search like most calorie counting apps have. I asked for a full refund but I haven’t heard back yet.

Don’t have the right protein for an egg which should be straightforward. Also give us the option to add the amount of food we have. I had four eggs and some cottage cheese and had to multiply 6 grams by 4 eggs and type in 24 grams, then 24 g times 2 cups of cottage cheese. Just make us able to have a per unit measurement for our entries or else the app is just a notebook with ai
