## What is ProteinGauge Pro?

ProteinGauge is a personal food log. The hero number is grams of protein. Energy, carbs and fat ride with it.

• Floor shows today's protein, kcal against your Energy kcal mark, protein/carbs/fat versus marks, Protein Debt, and eaten plates in AM Feed, Mid Feed, PM Feed and Shake
• Hunt searches Open Food Facts by name. The bundled local shelf still answers if the wire is quiet
• Read shoots a still of a barcode, then Confirm plate before lookup. You can also type or paste a barcode
• Load plate sets portion grams, a feed slot, and Eaten today or a date up to 14 days ahead. Load this plate writes the set. Pin to want rack saves the plate
• Ledger lists eaten sets by slot. Prev, Today and Next change the day. Swipe Delete drops a set
• Ahead lists planned plates for the next 14 days. Tap a row to Eat this set today
• Want holds pinned plates. Log or Plan opens Load plate. Swipe Delete removes a pin
• Lift marks lift days. A lift day adds 30 g to the protein mark. Unhit protein carries as Protein Debt for two days
• Marks writes Protein g, Energy kcal, Carbs g and Fat g, re-runs the briefing, resets the rack, or opens Contact

A four-page briefing (Protein first, Hunt or read, Lift days raise the bar, Set your marks) runs once. Skip with defaults writes factory marks. Nutrition data comes from Open Food Facts, a public database. This is a personal food log, not medical advice. The food log, marks, lift days and catalog cache stay on the device.
