Boycott de vos produits….. perdu 120 euros pour ce dîmer. L’app ne fonctionne pas Nul remboursez ! Et toujours pas de mise à jour en Avril 2023 LAMENTABLE et RIEN avec le service commercial Une HONTE

Ce jour j’ai eu ma rampe et son contrôleur. Ayant vu une vidéo YouTube ou vous dites de remonter les éventuels bugs de l’application pour pouvoir les corriger, je me permet d’en signaler 1. 

Quand on met le mode manuel et qu’on quitte l’application, la rampe s’éteint directement. 
En ouvrant l’appli de nouveau, il faut se reconnecter constamment à la rampe car le Bluetooth s’est déconnecté. 
Le problème vient donc de là, pour garder une connexion active via le Bluetooth et donc que la rampe fonctionne, il ne faut pas fermer l’application ce qui est contraignant imaginez bien..

Il y’en a un autre mais qui n’en ai pas vraiment un.. En se déconnectant du Bluetooth, le nom de la rampe que nous avons préalablement renommé, disparaît pour faire apparaître celui par défaut. 

J’ai mis 4 étoiles car pour l’instant j’aime plutôt bien, mais je n’ai pas eu le temps de tout tester aujourd’hui (programmation entre autre).
Je le ferai donc un peu plus tard.

Incroyable qu’en 2021 on invente des applications comme ça sur un produit vendu presque 100€ !!!
Rien ne fonctionne, le Bluetooth se connecte 1 fois sur 3, les programmes ne s’envoient pas sur la machine, ça bug constamment, et pour finir, si par chance le programme s’envoie il ne reste pas et plante ensuite.
Bref un scandale
