Protiv’s platform manages incentive compensation for hourly workers, linking project budgets to actual time used, letting team members see project goals and showing the bonus opportunity they can earn by beating budgets. Protiv's mobile application supports field access for supervisors and workers. Supervisors can create and manage ProPay, set goals, add/adjust time and view progress. Great tool to support your performance pay platform.  The app lets workers see their projects, set goals, view potential bonuses and review what they have earned.  Protiv platform is designed for construction, cleaning and landscaping companies, really anyone with hourly workers.
