Beware of the “trial.” I was charged when I believed I was signing up for a trial, and getting help afterward has been nearly impossible. Support makes promises to follow up or fix the problem, but then nothing happens. Taking someone’s money is easy; apparently providing actual customer service is not.

Wenn ich die App öffne ist es jedesmal eine Überraschung ob ich am Start vorbei komme oder nicht. Wenn es klappt ist das wirklich eine interessante App aber so…

Start a protocol - read the science, all looks good. Then what? How to log progress, view streaks? Give incremental insights etc? Nothing. Not even a tick box to say ‘I did this today’. Pointless as a free app, obscene as a paid app!

All the stuff was basically common sense. Drink water and walk 10 minutes! It’s good for you! I like their Paladin app though however AI heavy that one is
